A day in Infants

In the infant room there’s no clock-driven schedule. Teachers follow each baby’s routine from home, and log bottles, diapers and naps in the family app so you can see the day as it happens. Floor time, songs, books and outdoor stroller walks fill the time in between.

Daily schedule

  • Arrival: greet, share notes from the night

  • Through the day: feeding and naps on your baby’s schedule

  • Mid-morning: floor play and tummy time

  • Late morning: outdoor stroller walk (weather permitting)

  • Afternoon: songs, books and sensory play

  • Pickup: teacher shares the day’s notes

What we focus on

  • Secure bonds with a primary caregiver

  • Tummy time, rolling, sitting and crawling

  • Early language through talking, singing and reading

  • Safe sleep: babies sleep on their backs in their own crib

What to bring

  • Labeled bottles and formula or breast milk

  • Diapers, wipes and diaper cream

  • Two changes of clothes

  • A sleep sack (no loose blankets)
